One Za'abeel The One Za'abeel building basically consists of two towers linked with a bridge. According to reports, the construction work of the project is in the final stage and scheduled to open in 2023. One tower of the project is named as  One Za'abeel Residences and the other tower will be for offices whereas both towers are linked by a bridge. Since the interior work is in progress, the project is set to open in 2023 for residents and visitors as per the set schedule.
