Dubai Frame The Dubai Frame is a 150-meter-tall, 93-meter-wide architectural landmark located in Zabeel Park, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Completed in 2018, it offers visitors panoramic views of the city from its observation decks on the top floor. The design of the frame is inspired by the traditional "picture frame," with a gold-plated exterior that contrasts with the modern skyline of Dubai. Visitors can take an elevator to the top of the frame, where they can walk around the observation deck and take in views of the city from the east and west. The east side of the deck offers views of old Dubai, including the historic district of Deira and the creek, while the west side offers views of new Dubai, including the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The observation deck also has a glass floor, which provides a thrilling experience for those who are not afraid of heights. The Dubai Frame also includes a museum on the ground floor, which tells the story of Dubai's
